COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

1. Masking: 

 

Starting April 1st, 2022, The Dance School LA will no longer be requiring masking for students taking class in-person, or for individuals observing class in the waiting area. As masks are optional, any individuals wishing to continue to wear their mask may do so.

2. If You have been Exposed:

 

If you have come in to contact with someone infected by the COVID-19 virus, it is required that a mask be worn when attending class in person for 10 days from initial exposure.

3. IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR You have tested positive:

We kindly ask students to stay home and take class online if they are feeling sick and are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

​

  • Fever greater than 100.4°F 
  • Chills
  • Sweating
  • New cough
  • New loss of taste or smell 
  • Shortness of breath
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Diarrhea or vomiting 
  • Symptoms of illness are new or worsening 

 

Instead, please feel free to make use of our online class platform from home or make-up your lesson at a future date. If you need any help logging in to our Zoom classes, please feel free to call or text us. Also, please make sure to self-quarantine as per CDC recommendations.

Please note that we host our dance and fitness classes both online and in-person, as we are a hybrid dance studio. If you and/or someone you are close in contact with feels unwell or exhibits any signs of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc. please stay home and take class online instead.
